Skön Noir Return Policy

At Skön Noir, we value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, we offer returns and exchanges in line with Swedish and EU consumer protection laws.
1. Returns
You may return any unused, unworn, and unwashed item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Items marked Final Sale or Hygiene-sensitive products (such as beauty items or undergarments) cannot be returned.
To request a return, please contact us at info@skonnoir.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping your item back to us.
2. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the desired size or item is unavailable, you may opt for store credit or a refund.
We will notify you once your exchange has been processed and your new item shipped.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact info@skonnoir.com within 7 days of delivery.
Attach a photo and description of the issue — we’ll prioritize your replacement or refund.
5. International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or return shipping fees.
Please ensure your return package is clearly marked as Returned Goods to avoid additional charges.
